Hey Bloggers, Today has been an awesome day for if you are in Ms Hanrahan homeroom. This is my writing work for this term. We have been doing biography writing in kereru. A biography is a story written about a person not by the person. But an auto biography is a story written by the person about themselves. My biography is about Taylor Swift. Every little detail about her. Would you call yourself a Swiftie? Put your answer in the comments. You will know what I mean if you read this. Here is my work.
INTRO
Taylor Alison Swift was born on December 13, 1989. Her parents named her after James Taylor, a great musician. Taylor was born in West Reading, Pennsylvania. A whole heap of love surrounded Taylor and her little brother Austin. Her favourite holiday was Christmas, and that was because her family lived on a Christmas tree farm! As a kid, Taylor tried new things. She rode horses, and acted in plays. But when she found out how to play the guitar, she knew she she had found her passion.
Early life/Education and Hobbies
Taylor found out that her favourite country music star Shania Twain, had started her songwriting in Nashville. She begged her parents everyday to take her to Nashville. And one day when she was 11, it finally happened!! Taylor, Austin, and her Mum went to Nashville in the spring break. When she was 13, Taylor, Austin, and her Mum and Dad moved to Nashville! Her producer offered her a job there. Her classmates thought that it was weird for her to like country music so much. But that did not stop Taylor from dreaming. She took jobs whenever she was asked. Sports games, or even food trucks! When you’re Taylor Swift, the sky’s the limit!!
Awards and Achievements
Taylor has won 11 Grammy awards!! She started out with country music, but then she was brave enough to make an pop album. This album is called 1918. Taylor has broken 58 Guinness world records! A Guinness world record is breakable. The record is broken or repeated by someone else. All our records must be open to being challenged.

Taylor’s singing career has been a success! People all around the world come to see her concerts, or buy her albums! She loves all her fans. I would definitely call myself a Swiftie. You know what Taylor loves more than her fans, HER CATS!!! Taylor loves each and every one of her cats. Absolutely no one knows Taylor better than her mom Andrea. THE END.
(REFLECTION) I liked this task because it was wonderful to write about Taylor. My first one was about Roald Dahl, But I am not gonna post it. Here is Taylor’s amount of money that she made. $1.1 billion!!! She is REALLY RICH!! Anyway I have also done a slideshow for this. Taylor Swift is awesome. Bye guys
